How Does it Work?

Professionals can set their desired work area and receive notifications when shifts are posted in their area. How Does it Work?

Dentists can post open shifts by specifying the hours, rate, and details. GoTu provides proprietary market data to help ensure competitive pricing. Relevant users in the area are then notified and given the option to counter or accept the shift. Dentists can review up to three applications and either decline or accept a provider. After confirmation, relevant shift details can be communicated to the professional before their arrival. Payment is held until hours worked are confirmed, and after the shift, dentists can review the professional, rate the hours and rate, and proceed with payment processing.
